“Before working with James, I struggled mainly to control my diet and keep my weight down. I had gone through phases previously of dieting hard and then not at all once a goal weight had been reached.

Since working together I have lost weight consistently and formed a much healthier relationship with food in general. Feeling consistently like I'm at my best and have seen so many improvements in training too!

“Before working with James, I was struggling to keep my weight consistent which lead to harsh cuts pre-bouts and binge eating post bouts. I was failing to focus on long term HEALTHY weight loss which affected my performance.

We have worked to get my weight down in a healthy and maintainable way. During the fat loss phase I consistently saw my weight dropping and fat loss in areas of my body that have typically been stubborn. Having my nutrition sorted made my return to full training smoother and at a much more comfortable weight.

When working with female athletes many don’t consider the menstrual cycle’s effects on weight loss. However, James took this onboard and was able to recognize patterns in how I was feeling and weight fluctuations. I also felt very comfortable being open about this and talking about mental health without feeling like it was a taboo subject.

Throughout the whole process I have seen progress and felt completely comfortable working with James. He was knowledgeable and it was clear he was up to date with new information and is constantly learning to better the service he provides. If you are not sure then at least have a consultation!!

“I lost 8kg in time for the wedding…”

Before working with James, I was overweight and I was experiencing lower back pain. I was due to get married later in the year and wanted to start the next stage of my life in much better shape.

While working together, I lost 8kg in time for the wedding. I gained insights into aspects of my relationship with food and learned key patterns, habits, and templates that I can use to sustain a healthy weight and approach to nutrition going forward. Finally, a combination of weight loss, activity and mobility exercises significantly reduced my back pain.

James is a rare find. It's worth working with him for a few months just to see what you are actually capable of achieving with help from someone who knows what they are doing.
