Before James, I was doing intermittent fasting 18:6 window to get down to weight. During the time I could eat, I ate very little and not the most nutrient dense foods. Working with James is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Aside from helping me in all the ways people have already stated (weight cutting, high performance, etc), I think it is also important to mention how adaptable, reasonable, and approachable he is.
I am a very active fighter (a least once per month) that has a lot of curveballs thrown at me in random ways throughout the year (almost every month!). He is able to quickly adapt to these things, advise me with ease, and help me get the job done in a smart way. I say reasonable because he does a good job of taking into account foods you enjoy, stressors, holidays, etc.

We didn’t have a huge amount of time before my fight and the improvements made in just 4/5 weeks were unreal my body fat dropped significantly and my muscle didn’t look like it had gone at all! And the foods I was eating were foods that I liked anyway so it made a whole lot easier.
Before working with you I had no idea really of what to eat to achieve the best results and with your videos and knowledge it’s given me a better understanding in general and given me a routine which i needed to keep me on track.
My biggest achievement in the 4-5 weeks was obviously making weight for my fight and winning it but other than that I looked and felt the best I ever have.

Before working with James, I was on a constant low calorie and high intensity cycle during fight camp. I was in a constant binge vs restrictive phase, which wasn't conducive to my mental health. Before James Nichol Nutrition I weighed 86 kg and was told I had to lose 9kg in six weeks and was clueless as how to go about this. When I signed up to James, I got plenty of information and most importantly daily structure to meet my requirements to make weight.
The results I got were excellent as James broke down my calories, fats, proteins and carbs so I lost weight whilst keeping muscle mass keeping me strong and a good visual appearance which was a lovely bonus.
