What Is Online Nutrition Coaching?

Your individualised plan will be a structured, flexible framework that is built around your lifestyle, training schedule, and food preferences. This is your roadmap to your goals.

Once you have your plan, we will check in regularly (weekly or fortnightly options are available) to assess your progress, see how you’re feeling, and make the necessary adjustments to stay on track.

This is the “coaching” part of online coaching. We will work together to ensure the plan continues to work for you, implementing lifestyle and nutrition strategies to ensure you’re looking, feeling, and performing at your best.

We will continue to refine, improve, and adapt our plan throughout, dependent on your goals. I have a 5-phase nutrition system for fighters, meaning I’ve got you covered all 52 weeks of the year, whatever your goal.

Working with me is a collaborative process. My ultimate aim is to help you achieve your goals with minimal stress and to set you up with the skills and a framework to take your nutrition into your own hands.

I don’t want you to have to rely on me forever. After working with me for a few months, you will be able to take control of your nutrition should you wish. If I’ve done my job right, you’ll have such a positive experience that you will recommend me to others.

The main feedback I get from clients is about how much stress I’ve taken off their shoulders, and how having a single voice of reason, amongst the sea of confusing misinformation, has finally allowed them to be consistent enough with their diet to see the results that had eluded them in the past.

Is 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Right For You?

My nutrition coaching is not right for everyone, I want to make that clear.

We may NOT be a good fit if:

  • You want live calls. Our communication will be via messaging and videos. Calls sound appealing at first, but it soon becomes “yet another thing” to fit into your busy schedule. My communication style is in-depth, well-thought-out, and efficient; so no time is wasted. You can view and respond to my videos and messages at any time that suits you.

  • You want a budget option. You can have a cheap nutritionist or you can have a great nutritionist: pick one. I am only interested in giving you my absolute best and making a lasting change to your life, and that is reflected in my pricing. If you’re on a very strict budget, consider my Fighter Nutrition Course instead.

  • You have a diagnosed eating disorder. If so, I am not the best person to help you.

We may be a good fit if:

  • You want the best guidance from someone who’s been there and done it. I’ve been in your shoes before.

  • You are fed up with 'winging it' and working hard but not getting results that reflect this effort.

I’m a Muay Thai fighter and qualified nutritionist. I’ve been exactly where you are right now.

Early in my fight career, I put a lot of effort into my diet.

Despite this, I didn’t get great results. This was because my effort was misdirected. I was majoring in the minors.

Now, I help fighters avoid the same mistakes and get the maximum return on investment for their efforts.

I provide straightforward, effective guidance to help you stop rolling the dice on your performance.
