What's included in my personalised plan?

It depends on your individual goals, needs, and preferences, but you can expect to receive:

Who is this suitable for?

Do you offer live calls?

No. Our communication will be via messaging and Loom videos. Calls sound appealing at first, but it soon becomes “yet another thing” to fit into your busy schedule. My communication style is in-depth, well-thought-out, and efficient; so we don't waste any time. You can view and respond to my videos and messages at any time that suits you.  

Who is this NOT suitable for?

I'll guide you to your goals, but I can't achieve them for you. It's a collaborative process, so this may not be for you if you are:

  • Looking for a one-off PDF or one-time meal plan.
  • Looking for a quick fix.
  • Looking for results without changing your habits. 

Does my location matter?

Not at all. My programme is 100% online and I've worked with clients all across the globe. 

Do you only work with fighters?

No, most of my clients aren't fighters! I work with runners, lifters, endurance athletes, people who just train for fun, or don't train at all. Whether you’re looking to achieve your dream physique or take your performance to the next level, I have years of experience helping people just like you to achieve a lean physique and become the fittest, strongest, healthiest versions of themselves without the stress. This can be you too.

Does this include a weight cut plan?

Yes, if needed. Everything you need is all part of the service. This includes year-round, fight camp, weight cut, refuel, and post-fight nutrition plans and guidance.

How long before my fight should I start?

My clients who perform the best in camp, eat the most food, and rebound the least after the fight start at least 8-12 weeks out, even if the fight date isn't 100% confirmed.

If you leave it to the last 6 weeks or less and you still have plenty of weight to lose, that's on you. There's only so much magic I can work. So, the more time, the better.

Can you sponsor me/offer a discount?

People respect what they pay for, and you need to have buy-in if you're going to stick with the plan consistently enough to get the results you deserve, so I don't offer discounts or sponsorships.

I am only interested in giving you my absolute best and making a lasting change to your life, and that is reflected in my pricing. If you’re a fighter on a very strict budget, consider my Fighter Nutrition Course instead.
